What payments methods you have?

You can make payments via PayPal or Stripe, both of them support all the most common payment methods. We never collect or store your card details or other payment information in our system.

How much shipping costs and how long the delivery takes? Can I track my package?

Depending on the amount of items, the shipping will cost 2,50€-5,00€.

All items are sent via Posti as regular letters, so there is no tracking available. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.

What kind of return policy you have?

If you're not happy with your purchase or the item(s) have been damaged during shipping, you need to contact us by sending an email to support@oliheinola.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s). In order to make the process as easy as possible, please provide as much details as possible in your initial email. You have 30 days from the day of the purchase to send the items back to us.

We do not offer free returns, so you will have to pay for the shipping of the item(s) back to us. You can read our full return policy on a dedicated return policy page.
